Technology and analytics firm expansion brings 1.2k new jobs to Northern Virginia

SystemsPlanning&Analysis(SPA)willexpanditsoperationsintheCityofAlexandriaandFairfaxCountythrougha$46.9millioninvestment,announcedVirginiaGovernorGlennYoungkin.Thecompanyfocusesonsecurityanddefense.
