Virginia governor, Kelly speak to Kirk’s legacy: ‘We will not be silenced’

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin and former Fox News host Megyn Kelly spoke to thousands at Virginia Tech University during the Turning Point USA tour to honor founder Charlie Kirk who was killed two weeks ago at a similar event at Utah Valley University.
