RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Gov. Glenn Youngkin has ordered all United States and Virginia flags to be flown at half-staff on Wednesday.

According to the Governor’s Office, all United States and Virginia flags on state and local buildings are to be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, June 4, in memory and respect of The Honorable Jerrauld C. Jones, Circuit Court Judge and former member of the Virginia House of Delegates.
