Virginia State Police launches “Thank a Trooper” Program for public recognition
—
The Virginia State Police has launched a new initiative allowing members of the public to recognize and thank troopers for their service. The “Thank a Trooper” program is now live on the Virginia State Police website at vsp.virginia.gov, where users can submit messages of appreciation directly through the site.
The program, accessed via a yellow “Thank a Trooper” button on the top right corner of the homepage, invites individuals to leave a brief message acknowledging assistance or service received. Submitters are required to provide their name and email address.
