OnMarch14,PresidentDonaldTrumpissuedanexecutiveorderthatwouldeffectivelydismantletheInstituteofMuseumandLibraryServices(IMLS),thefederalagencythatsupportslibrariesandmuseumsthroughoutthecountry.
