RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Gov. Glenn Youngkin vetoed a bill that would have provided paid state-run family and medical leave to Virginians on Monday.
On Monday, March 24, Youngkin’s deadline to approve, amend or veto bills passed in this year’s General Assembly arrived. Many were signed into law or vetoed, even before Monday — while others have received his veto, including several work-related bills and those related to healthcare in the Commonwealth.
