REVA, Va. – A Virginia man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after being convicted on felony child pornography charges.
VirginiamanguiltyinchildpornographycaseAuthoritiesexecutedasearchwarrantatthecamperofKyleWayneThackeronHooverRoadinRevainNovember2023,seizingninecellphonesanddrugparaphernalia.DuringtheexaminationofoneofThacker’scellphones,thousandsofillegalimagesandvideoscontainingsexuallyexplicitmaterialofjuvenileswerediscovered,accordingtotheCulpeperCountySheriff’sOffice.

SentencedetailsThackerwasfoundguiltyonfourfelonychildpornographychargesinSeptember2024andwassentencedonFebruary25,2025.Officialsreportedthathereceivedatotalof65yearsofjailtime,with50yearssuspended.Thejudgeorderedthemandatoryminimum15-yearsentencetorunconsecutively.
