AsPCPSschoolsuperintendentDr.BethTeigenexplainedatthestartofthesession,thedivisionisstillgatheringinformationandweighingtheprosandconsofsuchaplan,whichshenotedseveraltimesduringtheeveningcouldcomeatacostintermsofteacherretentionandoperatingexpenses.
