I’m currently on the hunt for the dumbest proposed law in the 2025 Virginia General Assembly. The deadline to introduce bills is quickly approaching.
But already we have a stellar candidate.
That’s a bill that would legalize bombs in Virginia ABC stores. It would also legalize carrying guns into liquor stores, and the possession of both guns and explosive materials at highway rest areas operated by the commonwealth.
