Plea deal expected in Alexandria attempted abduction, sexual assault cases

A 35-year-old man accused of attempting to abduct and sexually assault two women in Alexandria, Virginia is in the process of working on a plea deal with prosecutors.

Jeff Gary was in an Alexandria courtroom Monday where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Three of the four charges against him will now move forward to a grand jury.
