Virginia’s first Buc-ee’s is officially open. The Texas-based travel station is located at 6500 Buc-ee’s Boulevard in Rockingham County near mile marker 240 on Interstate 81.

The new 74,000-square-feet Buc-ee’s is home to 120 fueling stations, 600 parking spaces, and 20 electric vehicle charging stations. Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin attended the grand-opening ceremony on Monday. “Here we are today with the first — of many — Buce-ee’s in the Commonwealth of Virginia,” Youngkin said, adding that the location “also represents 200 great paying jobs.”
