Henrico students named winners in Congressional Art Competition for Virginia’s First, Fourth districts

GlenAllenhomeschoolstudentVictoriaJiwonthecompetitionintheFirstDistrict,whileHenricoHighSchooleleventh-graderJourniMarlowwontheFourthDistrictcompetitionandHermitageHighSchool10thgraderOliviaPricetooksecondplace.U.S.RepresentativesRobWittman(R-FirstDistrict)andJenniferMcClellan(D-FourthDistrict)madetheannouncementsrecently.
