Lockdown lifted at Virginia State University

Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s top political adviser, Matt Moran, head of the mighty Spirit of Virginia PAC, stepped down Wednesday, nearly one week after Moran allegedly advised the governor to pressure Republican lieutenant governor nominee John Reid.
