BOONES MILL — The Trump Store was bustling with activity on Monday as its namesake was being sworn in as the 47th president of the United States. A stream of supporters searched for the latest Donald Trump swag as they looked forward to the start of his second term.
“It’s absolutely wonderful,” customer Gene McMurray of Fayetteville, North Carolina, said of Trump’s return to the White House. “Prayers were answered. We could not take four more years of Joe Biden or Kamala Harris.”
The Trump Store is located just off U.S. 220 in Boones Mill inside a former church. Rows of Trump signs, cutouts and a variety of unique vehicles line the outside of the store.
